It is a file with high cutting properties designed for shaping and finishing sawing, for removing burrs, for leveling unevenness, for removing welds and seams, for removing spouts and effusions after casting machining, as well as for other smoothing of machined surfaces. Carbide rotary burr conical 90 degree fi 16 mm is made in accordance with the highest standards. The shank part is made of tool steel, while the working part is made of modern VHM carbide. Such manufacture of files guarantees high technical efficiency and at the same time increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions. They are characterized by hardness close to diamond, as well as high strength and resistance to abrasion under the influence of high temperatures reaching up to 700 - 1000 degrees C. Rotary conical files 90 degrees fi 16 mm are suitable for high-performance machining of even very hard and hard-to-machine materials.
