High-quality professional machine taps, inch-pipe taps for cutting American tubular-cylindrical threads with designation NPSF 3/4", angle of 55 degrees, DIN ISO 228. Type of cut C - for threading blind holes with a long run of the taps or through holes. Inch-pipe machine threaders offered to you are made in accordance with the standard described by the symbol DIN 5156/15. The distinctive feature of the threaders is the specialized HSS high-speed steel from which they were produced. This unique material increases machining efficiency, noticeably reducing the machining time of each workpiece and thus allowing more economical use of the workstations you have. In addition, high-speed steel allows for higher precision machining and greater resistance to harsh working conditions. Even during the machining of hard materials, during which high temperatures are generated (up to 600 degrees), the blades of the threading dies remain resistant to fractures, cracks and other mechanical damage.
