Machine long threader M4,5
High quality M4,5 machine long threader NGMf for nuts. It is made in accordance with DIN 357 and is suitable for making ordinary metric threads M4,5 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2-6H. The tapping tool is manufactured from high quality HSS - High Speed Steel. Thanks to this steel, the tapping machine gives satisfactory results in work on conventional machine tools with standard speeds. M4,5 long machine taps are also very resistant to heavy cutting conditions, and its blade is rarely damaged in any way (broken, cracked, chipped). Thanks to these properties, the tapping machine can be used for professional machining of hard materials included in the group P1.2 - P1.3. These include ordinary steels, automatic steels, unalloyed (carbon) steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics.
