Machine long threader M42
High-quality M42 long machine tapping threader NGMf for nuts, designed for cutting ordinary metric threads, type M, diameter 42 mm. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2-6H, the angle of the nut is 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The metric machine taps in question are in accordance with DIN 357, and their most important advantage is the high cutting performance and resistance to very difficult working conditions (for example, high temperature arising during the processing of hard raw materials - up to 600 degrees C). M42 long machine taps are also highly resistant to harsh working conditions, and their blades are resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping, breaking out and dulling. This is, among other things, due to the use of modern HSS (High Speed Steel) for their production. Such machine threaders are suitable for machining workpieces made of carbon (unalloyed) steels, metals, metal alloys, nonferrous metals and also hard plastics.
