Description

High quality M3 machine long tapping threader NGMf for general purpose nuts for machine cutting of left-handed metric ordinary threads LH, type NGMf M 3 mm. The tapping machine is suitable for threading nuts with elongated shank, through-hole, according to DIN 357. Tolerance of the thread made according to ISO2 - 6H. The tapping tool is manufactured from special high speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel). This type of tool steel is valued mainly for its resistance to heavy cutting conditions. Thanks to this, even during high-speed machining, the thread cutter blade is not subject to mechanical damage such as breaking, cracking, blunting or chipping. In addition, the ability to achieve high precision threading and also increased productivity is also noteworthy. As a result, it is possible to significantly reduce working time and thus reduce labor costs. The tapping machine is designed for machining parts made of materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3.
