The fine machine threaders we offer are suitable for threads of type M, dimension 30x0,75. They have an angle of 60 degrees, and the tolerance class of the threads made is ISO2-6H. The distinguishing feature of the threaders in question is that they are made of modern HSS - High Speed Steel. This is the steel used for the production of professional tools used in multi-batch production. M30x0,75 long machine threaders made of this steel can be used both for classic machine tools (milling machines, lathes) and modern CNC computer-controlled machine tools. Taps are resistant to harsh cutting conditions, and their blades are resistant to mechanical damage (breakage, chipping, setting off, cracking). The blades of taps are also resistant to the high temperatures generated during high-performance threading.
