Professional long threader M30x2 machine NGMf for nuts, designed for cutting metric fine threads M 30x2. It is dedicated to professional machining of hard materials (carbon steels, metals, metal alloys, plastics, non-ferrous metals). Due to the high strength of the threaders to heavy cutting conditions and resistance to high temperature (up to 600 degrees C),M30x2 long machine threaders can be used not only for conventional machining equipment, but also for modern computer numerical control machine tools - CNC. The offered fine machine threaders are characterized by the ability to work in very difficult conditions, which is the result of the use of HSS high-speed steel for their production. This is a material with very good cutting properties and high resistance to mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). The properties of HSS steel affect the longer service life and thus the lower cost of machining.
