A modern turning tool fillet 12x4x160 designed to give the desired shape. In our store we offer you half-finished lathe knives - the so-called nibs. They have a rectangular cross-section of 12 mm by 4 mm and a length of 160 mm. They can be used to make shaped knives (with unusual shapes), radial knives, delineators, rippers and chisels. They are made entirely of modern high-alloy HSS. They have all surfaces ground, and the faces are pre-slanted at an 8-degree angle. The toolholder turning knives in our offer are characterized by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions. They are distinguished by increased resistance to abrasion under the influence of high temperatures generated during machining in harsh conditions. They can be used for machining unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals and others.
