Description
High-quality finishing tapping machine No. 2 - for manual cutting of M72x1,5 fine-coil internal threads. The tolerance class of the threads made is ISO2 6H. The fine thread hand tapping machine is suitable for machining through-holes and blind holes. It is made according to the ISO 529 dimensional standard, and HSS molybdenum high-speed steel was used in its production. Its properties allow machining of very hard and hard-to-machine materials of the P1.2 class - P1.3. HSS steel increases cutting efficiency and also achieves better quality of machined surfaces. HSS steel fine hand taps are dedicated to both amateur and professional machining. They are suitable for machining workpieces made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and heat-hardening plastics. Their advantage is increased resistance to wear and any mechanical damage.
