M39x2 fine thread hand taps
Hand tapsM39x2 fine-coil HSS - a set of two high-quality hand taps for cutting threads in through-holes and blind holes. Threaders are suitable for making metric fine-coil threads, type M 39x2 with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. In the offered set there are two threaders: a proper threader with an 8P nut and a finishing threader with a 2P nut. The threading process is carried out in two successive passes, and a special knob is required for operation. The M39x2 fine-coil hand taps in question are manufactured in accordance with ISO 529 from special HSS high-speed steel. Its properties increase the efficiency of machining and its accuracy. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO 2 (6H). The offered threaders are also characterized by increased strength to withstand harsh working conditions and resistance of blades to various mechanical damage. Hand threaders M39x1,5 are dedicated to individual customers and large plants implementing small batch machining.
