The M36x1.5 fine-coil hand threaders we offer are manufactured from modern HSS - High Speed Steel. It is a steel that allows for a significant increase in the strength of taps to withstand harsh working conditions, as well as increasing the resistance of their blades to possible mechanical damage occurring during the machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials included in the category P1.2 - P1.3. These are metals, non-alloy steels, non-ferrous metals, automatic steels, metal alloys and thermoplastics. High-speed steel also allows high-performance and high-precision threading. The tolerance class of the threads produced is ISO 2 6H, and the M36x1.5 hand taps comply with ISO 529.
