The tools produced by the Serbian companyBucovice Cztool are distinguished by their high quality workmanship, high resistance to harsh processing conditions and also their long service life. The set in question includes two thread cutters, which are used in the following two working steps. They are used for cutting metric fine threads, type M 16 x 1.5 with an angle of 60 degrees ISO DIN-13, through and blind. M16x1.5 hand taps have a high quality of workmanship and are made according to DIN 2181. They are produced from modern high-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel). This modern material allows for higher productivity of work, higher precision of cut threads, and at the same time significantly affects the significantly increased resistance of the thread cutter blade to possible damage during machining. M16x1.5 hand taps are suitable for cutting threads in parts made of materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3. These include primarily carbon steels (unalloyed), as well as metals, non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum), metal alloys (brass, bronze) and hard plastics.
