Drill cobalt fi 8,4 Inox
Drill 8,4 mm cobalt HSSE Inox. Professional twist drill, with smooth cylindrical chuck, made according to the dimensional standard NWKa, DIN 338 from special HSSE high-speed steel. This is a unique tool steel, of which cobalt (about 5%) is an important component. The drills offered in our store have 2 central blades, special grooves for fast chip removal up the hole, a tip angle of 118 degrees and ground cutting edges insensitive to impact. This design of the drills guarantees very good cutting properties and also allows to reduce machining costs. Above all, the drill bits enable high-performance drilling by being able to increase the drilling speed and thus reduce working time. Even at the high temperature generated during high-speed drilling, the drill blades do not maintain high resistance to mechanical damage such as fractures, cracks, chipping and even dulling. As a result, the drills can be used for a long time without having to replace them with new ones. Drill 8.4 mm cobalt is suitable for machining very hard materials (alloy steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant sta, cast steel, cast iron).
