Drill cobalt fi 7,1 Inox
Drill 7,1 mm cobalt HSSE Inox. Modern cylindrical, twist drill with a section of 7,1 mm for drilling through-holes and blind holes. The drills of this type have a tip angle of 118 degrees, 2 central blades, spiral grooves for chip evacuation and strong ground cutting edges insensitive to impact and lateral forces. The drills are characterized by exceptional cutting properties. First of all, they are resistant to mechanical damage and allow drilling in very hard and hard-to-machine materials. This is due to the use in their production of modern HSSE high-speed steel, an important component of which is cobalt (about 5%). Tools made from this material are characterized by much higher cutting properties than those made from conventional tool steel. Above all, they can be used for machining very hard materials such as alloy steels, cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, acid- and heat-resistant steel. The 7.1 mm cobalt metal drills are suitable for professional processing with conventional drills, as well as modern CNC machine tools.
