High quality long drill bit for metal 7,9 used for drilling through-holes and blind holes in very hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3. class. These are metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, plastics, as well as copper and aluminum alloys giving short chips. Offered by us long drills for metal 7,9 are made of modern high-speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel) according to the standard NWKb, DIN 340. The advantages of HSS affect the possibility of high-speed drilling at high speed, during which a high temperature is generated (up to 600 degrees C). In addition, an important advantage of the drill bits is also resistance to very harsh working conditions and increased resistance of the blades to possible damage (fractures, cracks). The service life of these drills is much longer than that of tools made of conventional tool steel.
