Even when exposed to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C), the drill blades retain high cutting properties and are resistant to mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, dulling). Long drills for metal 5,8 allow to achieve high drilling efficiency and thus reduce working time. They can be used for machining metals, unalloyed steels, thermoplastics, non-ferrous metals and metal alloys. The drill bit is manufactured in accordance with NWKb DIN 340, with 2 center blades, chip grooves that allow quick chip removal up the drilled hole. Special ground cutting edges are insensitive to impact and lateral forces. In addition, the cylindrical drills we offer make it possible to drill holes in very hard materials with little risk of damaging the blade.
