The drill bit has 2 central blades, a tip angle of 118 degrees, spiral grooves responsible for fast removal of chips up the drilled hole, as well as strong ground cutting edges. The long metal drill bits we offer fi 5,1 are uniform - entirely made of modern HSS high-speed steel, in accordance with the dimensional standard NWKb, DIN 340. This type of steel is characterized by exceptional cutting properties, high resistance to harsh working conditions and the possibility of high-performance drilling. The advantages of HSS also affect the high resistance to mechanical damage caused when drilling in hard materials, at high speeds and in the resulting high temperature.
