It has 2 central blades, chip grooves for removing chips from the drilled hole, a tip angle of 118 degrees and ground cutting edges insensitive to impact and lateral forces. The long metal drill bits we offer fi 13.7 comply with the dimensional standard NWKb, DIN 340 made of special HSS high-speed steel. Thanks to its properties, the drills are characterized by better cutting properties than those made of standard tool steel. First of all, the drills in question are very hard, durable and resistant to any mechanical damage caused when machining hard-to-machine materials even at high speed. The drills are insensitive to high temperatures and even to possible thermal shocks (extreme temperature changes). They are suitable for professional workshop processing using conventional drills, lathes and milling machines, as well as modern CNC machine tools.
