Professionally made, ground long drill bit for metal 10,5 extended, with smooth cylindrical shank. Designed for machining hard hard-to-machine materials of the category P1.2 - P1.3. This includes carbon steels, metals, sheet metals, copper alloys aluminium alloys giving short chips, as well as thermoplastics. The long metal drill bits we offer fi 10.5 are made according to the NWKb, DIN 340 dimensional standard from modern HSS high-speed steel. They are designed for high-performance drilling, which results in the possibility of a significant reduction in processing time and more rational use of owned workstations. In addition, the drills are resistant to harsh working conditions, in particular to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C). The blades of the drill bits are insensitive to chipping, cracking, breaking and even dulling. This guarantees a long time of use of the drill bits. They are suitable for various types of conventional machine tools as well as modern CNC machine tools.
