Drills of this type have 2 central blades with strong cutting edges resistant to impact and lateral forces. Cylindrical drills of this class are made according to the DIN 338 dimensional standard from special HSS high-speed steel. This is a steel with high cutting parameters, which allows drilling holes with low roughness. In addition, it should be added that drill bits from HSS are resistant to harsh working conditions and resistant to mechanical damage such as breaking, cracking, chipping, breaking out and even blunting.
