Drill 12,8 mm on Morse taper with a fin
Modern metal drill 12,8 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, with Morse taper, made by rolling technology, entirely of special HSS (High Speed Steel). The drill bit is manufactured in accordance with DIN 345, and is designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes, with an apex angle of 118 degrees and specially ground cutting edges insensitive to lateral forces and impact. The HSS drills in question are resistant to harsh cutting conditions and also resistant to possible mechanical damage caused when cutting hard and hard-to-machine materials, even in very harsh working conditions. The offered 12.8 metal drills are characterized by high resistance of the blades to damage, and they are rarely subject to fractures, cracks, chipping and other damage. The properties of high-speed steel affect the possibility of increasing cutting efficiency, using conventional machine tools (drills, lathes, milling machines) as well as CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
