Drill 12,7 mm on Morse taper with a fin
High-performance metal drill 12.7 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 345. Designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes in very hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 class - P1.3. This is a drill bit for metal and steel as well as other hard materials. It has strong cutting edges insensitive to impact and lateral forces, 2 central blades, as well as special grooves designed to remove chips during drilling. The NWKc drills offered in our store are manufactured from special HSS high-speed steel, using the rolling technique. The tools in question are distinguished by very good cutting parameters, first of all, high resistance to severe working conditions (high temperature) and the possibility of high-performance drilling. The drill blades are resistant to any mechanical damage, so the drill bits can be used for a very long time. The holes made are axial along the entire length and are characterized by low roughness. Drill bits for metal 12,7 NWKc are designed for professional processing using various types of conventional machine tools (drills, milling machines, lathes), as well as CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
