High-quality professional metal drill 12.4 mm with Morse taper shank for steel , conforming to DIN 345. It is a NWKc type drill, having 2 central blades, a tip angle of 118 degrees, special grooves for the discharge of chips up the drilled hole, as well as strong cutting edges resistant to impact and lateral forces. The 12.4 metal drill bits offered by ace are produced by rolling technology from special molybdenum HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a unique tool steel distinguished by its high cutting properties, including the ability to perform high-performance and high-precision drilling. The drills in question are designed for machining very hard materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. These are unalloyed steels (carbon), metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoset plastics. The drill blades are resistant to fracture, breakage and other mechanical damage, which extends their service life and reduces machining costs. They can be used for various types of machine tools, both conventional and CNC computer-controlled.
