High quality round die unified designed for professional cutting of UNC 3/8-16 normal pitch inch unified threads. 60 degree angle, tolerance class of cut threads 2A, 1.75P nut. In our store we offer you professional die 3/8-16 UNC made in accordance with DIN 22568. For the production of threading dies a special HSS high-speed steel was used. This is a steel characterized by high mechanical properties. First of all, the die produced from it are characterized by better cutting properties, allow to realize high-performance machining and better accuracy of threading. A great advantage of the tools is resistance to harsh cutting conditions, including high temperatures arising during high-speed machining. Die are suitable for threading parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and thermosetting plastics.
