Die 5/16-28 UN 0zunifiedAmerican for cutting external threads. Die UNF round unified, was produced from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). In our store we offer you high quality die split for cutting American UNF fine round threads 1 1/2 -12. The tolerance class of the made threads is 2A, the angle is 60 degrees. Die are in accordance with DIN 22568, the nut 1,75P. They are designed for use in machine tools and also for hand threading. Die UN 5/16-28 unified are designed to increase cutting efficiency and improve the quality of machined surfaces. They also exhibit high resistance to harsh cutting conditions, which allows for high-speed machining during which high temperatures are generated. Die even under its influence, they maintain high mechanical efficiency and are not subject to mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, splits, chipping, breakage).
