Outline of the thread angle triangular, angle of 60 degrees. 11/16-16 UN unified machine t aps offered in our store are made in accordance with DIN 376 from special tool steel HSS - High Speed Steel.
This type of steel is resistant to harsh working conditions, and mainly to the high temperature created when cutting at high speed. During such processing, a high temperature is generated (up to 600 degrees), which, however, does not affect the durability of the blade. It is rarely cracked, broken, chipped or even dulled. In addition, it is worth noting that our machine threaders allow machining of parts made of unalloyed (carbon) steels, metals, nonferrous metals and hard thermoplastics.
