Ball nose milling cutter for metal 250x2,5 NFTe HSS
Professional ball mill 250 x2,5 mounted disc cutter with dimensions: 250 mm (diameter), 2,5 mm (width), 160 teeth. The cutter has a cylindrical bore shank and is manufactured from high-grade HSS (High Speed Steel). The NFTe socket milling cutters offered in our store are characterized by increased resistance to very heavy cutting conditions and resistant to potential mechanical damage. Ball milling cutters 250 are dedicated to both small workshops and large manufacturing plants. Their greatest advantage is above-average resistance to harsh cutting conditions, including high temperatures created in the process of cutting at high speeds. HSS end mills cutters are also resistant to abrasion under the influence of high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) generated during high-speed machining. The milling cutters are also resistant to any mechanical damage to the blades, which affects the possibility of a significant extension of the service life.
