Modern 50 x0,5 NFTe ball mill, with working width 0,5 mm, working diameter 50 mm and 98 teeth. It is a mounted disc (ball) cutter designed for cutting pipes, cutting profiles and metal parts, milling narrow grooves, recesses and grooves. The 50 ball milling cutters are made entirely of high-quality HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a steel with very good strength and high cutting properties. It is also characterized by high toughness, impact strength and wear resistance. These high technical parameters are a consequence of the steel's unique chemical composition. The right choice of alloying elements increases not only the hardness and durability of the steel, but also its resistance to high temperatures. This allows milling of hard-to-machine materials of the P1.2 - P1.3. class These include carbon and alloy steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoset plastics.
