A professional 110 x1.5 mounted disc cutter type NFTe with a working diameter of 110 mm, width of 1.5 mm having 110 teeth. It is suitable for professional machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 class - P1.3. These are carbon steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, thermoset plastics. This is a steel distinguished by very good resistance to heavy cutting conditions, high resistance to abrasive wear, increased impact strength and toughness. The 110 ball milling cutters are resistant to any mechanical damage caused by high-speed machining at increased speeds. They are suitable for high-speed cutting, during which high temperatures are generated (up to 600 degrees C). The NFTe cutters in question are suitable for profile cutting, pipe cutting and also for milling narrow grooves.
