High-quality 100 x0,95 mounted disc cutter, type NFTe, with a diameter of 100 mm width 0,95 mm and the number of teeth 60. It is a cutter with a cylindrical shank, designed for cutting. It is most often used for cutting profiles, cutting pipes and also for cutting through solid material. Offered by us, ball end milling cutters are made with special technology from modern high speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel). Thanks to the properties of this steel, the milling cutters show maximum resistance to very heavy cutting conditions, as well as above-average resistance to abrasion under the influence of high temperatures generated during cutting at high speeds. In addition, 100 HSS ball m illing cutters are resistant to breakage, cracking, chipping and other mechanical damage to the blades, which guarantees their long service life and greater working comfort.
