Carbide insert SEHT 1204 for steel and stainless steel
Carbide insert SEHT1204 multi-sharpened, manufactured by Palbit. Modern SEHT 1204 ASGN PH 6920 multi-sharpened insert, manufactured by Palbit. It has the following dimensions: side length l -12,70 mm, insert thickness S - 4,76 mm, side length F - 2,80 mm, corner radius re - 0,40 mm. It is suitable for machining hard and difficult-to-machine materials in very harsh conditions, including high temperatures reaching up to 700 - 1000 degrees C. It is manufactured from a special grade of tungsten carbide 6920 (P10-P35) (M10-M25)(K10-K30) (N05-N15) (S10-S30).
It is a universal grade, specially designed for machining: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous materials and heat-resistant materials with finishing or medium fine machining. SEHT 1204 multi-cutting inserts offered in our store are designed for conventional and CNC machine tools.
