Modern multi-cutting insert type FP 215 HS20 made by German company Jongen. It is an insert with high cutting properties, designed for machining hard-to-machine materials. Carbide insert has dimensions: l - 12,70, s - 4,76. It is an insert with a chipbreaker. The advantage of the insert is its very high hardness and durability, as well as resistance to any mechanical damage. A special grade of sintered carbide HS20 (P20-P25) was used in its production. Thanks to its properties, it is possible to perform precise machining of parts made of soft metals, including, in particular, aluminum. Carbide insert was made by applying successive layers of sintered carbide, which guarantees greater hardness, as well as increased resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. The multi-cutting inserts offered in our store are recommended not only for unit machining, but, above all, for large industrial plants carrying out batch machining.
