Carbide insert for threading 19 W is a specialized tool designed for precision turning of metric external threads with a pitch of 19 TPI (1.34 mm). Designed for high accuracy and repeatability of machining, it is applicable m.in. for BSP, BSW and BSF threads, thanks to its compatibility with the 55-degree thread profile.
Made of high-grade carbide with the designation HTA, the 19 TPI thread turning insert provides versatility - it is ideal for machining carbon steels, alloy steels, cast iron, stainless steels and non-ferrous metals. The insert's shape and full thread profile allow for high surface quality, which is particularly important in serial and precision production.
