Professional adjustable reamer 19,5-21,5 finisher NRZe. It is an adjustable, arbor reamer with a square pick, used for making holes "ready" after drilling holes with a drill or after reaming with a peel reamer. The 19.5-21.5 adjustable re amer has a 45-degree bevel, which makes it easier to insert the tool into the hole and also reduces the contact between the reamer surface and the hole surface. The adjustable reamers we offer are high quality multi-point tools, designed for making holes with very accurate shapes and low surface roughness. They are made entirely of high-quality HSS high-speed steel. This is a modern material, which, compared to conventional tool steel, allows a significant improvement in cutting quality, higher accuracy and also a significant increase in the service life of manufactured tools. Adjustable reamers 19.5-21.5 of HSS are suitable for machining materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
