Machine threader 1/2-20 UNF for stainless steel, American

High quality 1/2-20 UNF machine taps with extended shank for cutting UNC unified common threads, 1/2-20 UNF inch diameter, 20 coils per inch. These are inch threads with a triangular outline, where the outline angle is 60 degrees. The tolerance field of the threads made is 2B, the type of outline C - for through-holes and blind holes with a long thread run.

The 1/2-20 UNF fine-coil unified machine threaders in question are manufactured in accordance with DIN 376 from special high-grade HSS. This is a material that guarantees much higher cutting parameters than those possible with conventional tool steel. Above all, HSS machine taps are capable of withstanding severe cutting conditions and enable very hard materials to be machined at very high speeds. Even in the high temperature created in the tumult, the blades of the taps are resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping and breaking out.
