Turning tool SRACL 20x20 K10 Varel is a heavy-duty tool designed for precision external turning, equipped with an RCMT 1003 insert slot. The left-hand variant, which follows the SRACL geometry, allows stable and efficient machining of hard-to-machine materials and standard structural steels and cast iron.
The 20x20 mm body made of K10 grade material provides excellent resistance to abrasion and micro-cracking, making this cutter an excellent choice for continuous and interrupted machining. The larger radius of the RCMT 1003 insert allows for higher surface smoothness and increased volumetric material removal, resulting in shorter work cycles.
