Turning tool PEL 16x16 H16K Akko is a tool designed for precision internal turning. With its compact 16 × 16 mm shank, it fits perfectly into standard lathe chucks, providing stability and accurate tool guidance when working in holes.
The cutter is designed to work with EL inserts with a 75-degree corner angle, allowing machining from coarse to fine. The P-type (screw) clamping system guarantees simple and secure insert replacement, as well as stable insert seating, which contributes to the safety and repeatability of the process.
The 95-degree clamping angle allows effective internal turning, as well as copying in holes and making transition surfaces. Selecting the appropriate insert corner radius allows the tool to be adapted to quality requirements and cutting parameters.
