It is a right-hand cutter for threads with an angle of 60 degrees. It is designed for amateur and industrial machining with conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools. NNGc turning knives in our offer are made in accordance with the latest technologies. A special grade of sintered carbide S20/P20 is used in their production. Its properties make it possible to machine hard steel, cast steel and various types of cast iron (e.g. malleable). 32x20 external thread turning knives for tapping carbide multi-flute inserts are designed for fine and medium precision machining at sufficiently high cutting speeds and moderate feeds. They are also suitable for interrupted cutting when using negative rake angles. They make it possible to increase machining productivity and also guarantee high resistance to mechanical damage.
