Professional turning tool for 32x20 external threads, type NNGc, with size 32x20. It is turning tool for turning right-hand threads, with an angle of 60 degrees, complying with the ISO 12 dimensional standard. It is dedicated not only to amateur machining, but especially to industrial cutting in large production plants. Turning tool NNGc on a carbide multi-cutting insert makes it possible to increase cutting efficiency, increase cutting speed, increase durability and also significantly reduce friction and, as a result, also reduce the temperature of the blade. A special grade of sintered carbide S30/P30 is used in the production of the tools. Their properties make the turning knives for external threads intended for roughing and medium precision machining, at low cutting speeds and with low rigidity of the machine tool - workpiece - tool system. Turning knives for external threads 32x20 of this type are designed for machining steel and steel with impurities at large sections of the cut layer in difficult machining conditions.
