Pointed boring knife 10x10 for steel
Modern turning tool - pointed boring bar, type NNWb, size 10x10. It is turning tool with U10s/M20 carbide brazed insert, made in accordance with ISO 9, DIN 4974. The knives we offer of this type are designed for undercutting and blind boring. The knives are suitable for machining hard and hard-to-machine cast irons, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steels, manganese steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals. The U10s/M20 carbide grade can be used for medium and fine machining, at medium and low cutting speeds and medium chip cross sections. The 10x10 pointed boring knives for steel with carbide brazed insert are characterized by very high strength for heavy cutting conditions. First of all, they are resistant to abrasion at the high temperature created when cutting at high speed. In addition, knives of this type are very hard and durable. They are suitable for conventional and numerical computer-controlled machine tools.
