Pointed boring knife 12x12 for stainless steel
High quality turning tool with carbide brazed insert, pointed boring bar, in accordance with ISO 9, DIN 4974, size 12x12, type NNWb. A universal grade of U10x/M20 carbide is used for the production of the pointed boring blade. It is designed for medium and fine machining of steels, cast steels and cast irons at medium chip cross sections and low and medium cutting speeds. The offered knives are suitable for cutting hard stainless steels, manganese steels, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steels, and non-ferrous metals. The 12x12 stainless steel knives are very hard and durable. Their greatest advantage is the ability to cut even in very harsh conditions, including high temperatures. Even under its influence, the blades of the knives are resistant to abrasion and various types of mechanical damage. Carbide brazed insert pointed boring knives are suitable for various types of conventional machine tools as well as modern computer-controlled numerical control machines. The knives are designed for undercutting and blind boring.
