Turning tool for internal threads 16x16 for steel
Internal thread cutter with brazed carbide insert right.
The grade is designed for fine and medium-precision machining of stall 1 steel at sufficiently high cutting speeds and moderate feeds.
Professional turning tool for 16x16 internal threads, conforming to ISO 13. It is a right-hand cutter for 16x16 threads, with an angle of 60 degrees. It is suitable for all professional applications, in large industrial plants and small workshops. It is made according to the highest standards. For the production of the knives, carbide multi-cutting inserts are used. Thanks to their properties, the turning knives are characterized by increased resistance to very heavy cutting conditions and also greater resistance to abrasion under high temperatures. The knives were manufactured using a special grade of S20/P20 sintered carbide. As a result, the 16x16 internal thread turning k nives can be used for medium fine and coarse cutting at medium cutting speeds and medium rigidity of the machine tool - workpiece - tool system. They are designed for various types of conventional machine tools, as well as for CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
