Turning tool side offset right25x25 for cast iron with brazed carbide insert. Suitable for machining copper alloys, light alloys of heat-resistant refractory materials and plastics. NNBe carbide brazed insert turning knife is made of high quality materials. It is a right offset side knife, designed for longitudinal and transverse offset turning. The size is 25x25, in accordance with the dimensional standard ISO 6. In our offer, we offer turning knives with brazed carbide insert type H10/K10. This grade is designed for fine and medium precision machining of all grades of cast iron with a hardness of about 400 HB, alloy steels, austenitic non-ferrous alloys and non-metallic materials giving a short chip (porcelain, stone, pressed paper, hard rubber, glass). The brazed-plate turning knives offered in our store are characterized by high hardness and high wear resistance. They retain their cutting properties even at high temperatures, and are sensitive to temperature changes during cutting, (e.g. intermittent cutting).
