High quality turning tool side offset right 50x50 for cast iron with carbide brazed insert. This is an offset side cutter, NNBe type, conforming to ISO dimensional standard 6. H10/K10 carbide brazed inserts enable high-performance machining of hard cast iron (about 400 HB), cast iron with local hardening, malleable cast iron, austenic steel, aluminum and aluminum-silicon alloys, porcelain, stone, pressed paper, hard rubber, glass and non-metallic materials giving short chips. The H10/K10 brazed insert lathe knives are designed for fine and medium precision machining. They are suitable for longitudinal and transverse offset turning. They are characterized by better cutting properties, increased hardness and durability. The blades are resistant to abrasion when exposed to high temperatures, which makes high speed turning possible. The 50x50 right offset side turning knives for cast iron are suitable for both conventional and CNC machine tools.
