Turning tool lateral offset right 16x16 for cast iron
Turning tool with brazed insert, lateral offset right, NNBe type, size 16x16. Designed for longitudinal and transverse turning of offsets. The 16x16 lateral offset right-hand cast iron turning knife is made in accordance with ISO 6. Carbide inserts type H10/K10 are used for its manufacture. It is a grade designed for fine and medium precision machining of cast irons, steels, non-ferrous alloys and non-metallic materials giving short chips. Lathe knives of this type can also be used for machining cast iron with hardness of about 400 HB, cast iron with local hardening, malleable cast iron, austenic steel, aluminum and aluminum-silicon alloys, porcelain, stone, pressed paper, hard rubber and glass. The knives we offer are highly resistant to very difficult cutting conditions. They are also characterized by high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and high hardness. The 16x16 right offset side turning knives for cast iron are suitable for machining with various types of machine tools, including conventional lathes and milling machines as well as modern computer numerical control machines.
