Tap Trapezoidal Tr 36x6 HSS DIN 103 7H is a machine cutting tool with an enlarged outline, designed for cutting trapezoidal threads with a pitch of 6 mm in accordance with DIN 103. Made of wear-resistant HSS high-speed steel, it guarantees dimensional stability and long service life even under intensive loads.

Tr 36x6 trapezoidal threads are used in mechanisms operating with high torque and limited speed, where transmission of axial forces in both directions is required. The tool is recommended for use in drive bolts, bushings and trapezoidal nuts in control, drive and locksmith systems.

Tap Trapezoidal Tr 36x6 HSS DIN 103 7H can be used on CNC machines and conventional lathes. It is designed for machining a wide range of materials - from unalloyed and structural steels to nonferrous metals and their alloys. The 7H tolerance ensures precise fit and reliable thread matching.
