Tap Trapezoidal Tr 22x5 HSS DIN 103 7H is a heavy-duty machine tool designed for precision cutting of trapezoidal threads with a pitch of 5 mm. It is designed in accordance with DIN 103 and made of high-grade HSS, which guarantees long life, wear resistance and stable operation under production conditions.

Tr 22x5 threads are used in mechanisms that carry significant axial loads, m.in. in screw actuators, lifting systems and positioning systems. The 5mm stroke provides efficient linear travel while maintaining the required accuracy. The 7H tolerance enables precise fits, which is crucial in serial processes.

Tap Trapezoidal Tr 22x5 HSS DIN 103 7H is designed for use on conventional lathes and CNC machine tools. The tool works well in machining materials such as structural steel, bronze, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals.
