Trapezoidal Tap Tr 18x10 HSS DIN 103 7H is an efficient machine tool designed for precision cutting of trapezoidal threads with a coarse 10 mm pitch. Made of proven high-speed steel (HSS), it provides high wear resistance, stable operation and long tool life even under intensive industrial conditions.
Trapezoidal thread Tr 18x10 has a very high axial load capacity, so it is mainly used in drive screws, actuators, jacks and other applications requiring rapid travel under heavy loads. The standard DIN 103 and tolerance class 7H ensure high fit accuracy and machining repeatability.
Trapezoidal Tap Tr 18x10 HSS DIN 103 7H is designed for use on conventional lathes and CNC machining centers. The tool performs well when machining structural steels, aluminum, brass, bronze and engineering plastics.
