Machine tapping M8x0,75 for stainless steel

High-quality modern M8x0,75 blind through-hole straight machine tapping threader with through-hole shank for making metric fine threads in through-holes and blind holes in materials with short chip (nut C - 2-3 P). The angle of the nut is 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The fine thread taps in question are made of modern high speed steel HSSE - with 5% cobalt. The properties of this steel affect the greater applicability of the taps. Among other things, they affect the possibility of using threaders for machining very hard materials, which pose a problem when machining with threaders made of conventional tool steel. These include alloy steels, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast steel, cast iron. In addition, the taps are more hard, durable and resistant to harsh cutting conditions. The threaders we offer are highly efficient, allowing to increase the cutting speed and shorten the working time and make better use of the workstations we have. The blades of M8x75 machine threaders for stainless steel are resistant to mechanical damage, which prolongs their use.
