Machine tapping M3 for stainless steel
High quality M3 torsional blind machine tapping threader with a short nut (2-3 coil) - has general purpose torsional chip grooves, for cutting ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 3 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, nut 2A, ISO DIN-13. Tolerance of the made thread ISO2-6H. The metric machine taps we offer are made of modern high-speed steel HSSE (with addition of cobalt), according to DIN 376/35 - helical chip grooves. This unique tool steel allows not only to cut very hard materials, but also to cut in very difficult conditions.
Tapping blades are resistant to any mechanical damage, even during high-speed machining, during which very high temperatures are generated (up to 670 degrees C). The use of a tapping machine results in increased machining efficiency, improved threading accuracy, and thus also the possibility of reducing overall machining costs. M3 torsion machine t aps are suitable for machining hard alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast steel, cast iron. They are manufactured by the world-renowned Czech company Narex.
